Berries, Oats & Nut Blast
Ingredients:
- Oats 1/2 cup
- 1 cup mixed berries ( Strawberries, Mulberry, and Blackberry)
- 2 tsp Honey
- 1/2 cup Low-fat milk
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 2 tbsp Chopped Nuts (Almonds, Cashew, Pista/Pistachios)
Method:
- In a canister, add oats, chia seeds, honey, and milk. Mix until all the ingredients combine well.
- Add the mixed berries and nuts on top of it.
- Close the container and refrigerate it overnight.
- Take it out of the refrigerator the next morning and the overnight berry oats breakfast is ready to be served.
- Those who prefer it warm can microwave it for 60 seconds.
