Berries, Oats & Nut Blast


  • Oats 1/2 cup
  • 1 cup mixed berries ( Strawberries, Mulberry, and Blackberry)
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 1/2 cup Low-fat milk
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Nuts (Almonds, Cashew, Pista/Pistachios)


  • In a canister, add oats, chia seeds, honey, and milk. Mix until all the ingredients combine well.
  • Add the mixed berries and nuts on top of it.
  • Close the container and refrigerate it overnight.
  • Take it out of the refrigerator the next morning and the overnight berry oats breakfast is ready to be served.
  • Those who prefer it warm can microwave it for 60 seconds.
